| Okay, so I understand the park, and maybe even the helipad (although why those chose pool-table green for it is beyond me). What's that round thing on the corner that looks like the middle of an old-fashioned clothes dryer? | ||

| No clue. It's got a stairwell running up the outside, so it's obviously something you can go up on. Maybe a viewing platform? | ||
